What “accurate” means here

  1. Western: the tropical Sun sign is calculated from the Gregorian birth date.
  2. Nepali/Vedic: the sidereal Moon Rashi is calculated from birth time, location and Lahiri ayanamsha.
  3. Daily reading: the interpretation updates every Nepal day, but astrology is traditional guidance—not a scientifically guaranteed prediction.

Example: 2 October 1996 is Western Libra. The Moon Rashi can still be वृष (Brish/Taurus), but it must be calculated from the exact birth time and place.

How is the Nepali Rashi calculated?

The page sends the Gregorian birth date, exact birth time, coordinates or city, and historical timezone to a Vedic astrology engine using Lahiri ayanamsha, then reads the Moon sign.

Are daily predictions scientifically guaranteed?
